Compaq Presario Notebook
Poor service!

I bought compaq presario laptop V 6211 AU MODEL. ACCORDING TO THE SCHEME THERE WAS A FREE MP3 PLYR. FOR WHICH I SENT A DD (OF RS 300) in delhi WITH BARCODE SERIAL, MY BILL COPY ON 28/6/07. MY REDEMPTION CODE IS (0M8GCVWIEG). When i called the redemption team in delhi they told me to send a mail to gurnaazk@solutions-intg.com with a photo of the barcode i sent it three weeks back there is no response. When i called again they told me to send the mail to abhijits@solutions-intg.com there is no response from there also. It is very very poor service from hp team!!!
