Nokia c301
Touch pad not working after 7 months of purchase

I purchased nokia C301 mobile on 24th april for 8300/- .my touch screen not working from nov. i contact nokia care in banerji road in ernakulam they confirmed that touch pad faulty and they told phone is under warranty and they will replace it for free of cost, but they are hesitating me and not giving me an good response till now they not changed the touch they saying out of stock till now.

I am totally depressed on this issue
