Nokia x3
SET UNABLE

Dear Sir,

I buyed the nokia x3 from "NEXTAG" from vadodara fategunj it self on 07/07 in evening. when i started my mobile while reaching home i was unable to receive coverage. There was some thing wrong with the hand set, so next day i went to shop and ask them to replace me the same set (x3) as there is some problem with the set. Today its been 22/07. still they do not have the set along with them.

1st confirm me, do nokia care take 15 days to replace the set mobile? As said my shop owner?
