Not getting proper reason for rejecting shortlisted profile

The above mentioned consultancy took all my details for contract job in Wipro and after that they told my Background has come negative.

I have worked in four companies before this and all are genuine ones. I have proper documents and even all are existing companies.

But don't know on what basis they told me like that. Even they din't ask any justification from me.

Can anyone help me what can be done on this regard.
