Non delivery of bsnl tablet

Dear sir.

i got bsnl tablet booked through their channel Pantel Technology wide booking ref. no PENT0093629. on 15th may I got a message that delivery of my device is ready and i was asked to deposit money in any PNB branch. I deposited amount Rs. 3500/- at millar ganj branch on 23rd may. I was asked my device will be delivered with in 96 hours of depositing the amount. Till now I have not received the said tablet. I mailed them regarding delivery but got no responce. Please help me in solving the said problem. thanking you
