Replacement of pendrive

Hello sir,

this is deepak sharma, i have deposit my pendrive to kingston replacement office for replacement at 6/oct that time they promised to me that it will replaced within 20 days only but two months has been passed and i didn't get my pendrive till now i am unable to get whats going on... whenever i called them then nobody picked my call... i really do not know what the hell they are doing. please help me regarding to replacement of my pendrive because i cannot do anything without you.
