No proper services and fake commitments

I am kunal tuli proprietor of job recruit management consultants .1 and a half years back we have purchased a recruitment software from platina softwares of wort6h Rs 17, 388 .At the time of selling the manager of platina software Mr Ali told me that sir from next year AMC WILL BE 10% OF THE COST OF THE SOFTWARE i agreed on that and paid the amount ..than after words they took near about two months to start the services and there after there was a problem in my computer server ..after few days i got it rectiofied and called platina software that please start my software means load the software once again they told that sir you have to pay the AMC CHARGES ..AND The charges they told is Rs 4000 .i asked them that the AMC charges are 10% of the cost of software as i was told by Mr Ali ..they refused it and stopped my services now once again i called them up to renew my services now they are asking for rs 12000... which is irrelevent... kindly help me in this regard.
