Sir i order a vacume cleaner for car.but when i checked the product the vacume cleaner did't work.and i complaint in the company.the company give a voucher for replacent of money.again i order in 13th december one 8 gb pendrive price 334.i payment of this pendrive 134 rs from my debit card and 200 rs from the voucher.but now i do't recive my product then i check the status of my product on company websit the status's Delivery failed. RTO..nd then i complaint from sent a mail for the company.but still no responce from the company.and then i call the company service number the call start but do't attend by the coustumer care.

sir can you help me
