Product not delivered

Dear Sir,

I have ordered my Akash Tablet in January 2102, i have send the draft of Rs 2999.00 . they have encashed the draft on 8 feb. And till now i have not got my Akash Tablet, I have contacted them many times through ther toll free number i.e 1800-180-2180 bt every time they say that my product will be delivered within 10 days bt it has been an year and i have'nt recieved it.

Last time contacted with then on 13.12.12 and they were saying that they will deliver it by 18.12.12 by i had not reached yet. On 17.12.12 they have send me mail regarding refund of my money. But i dont want the money back just because i am a student and have been waiting for this since year.

I have paid that money from my scholarship becoz i need the tablet urgently for my studies n nw my course z also getting to b completed. My mother recommended me to have a word with AWAAZ PEHREDAR, as it had solved her problem that was related to shares.

Sir/Ma'am i will be highly Obliged if you take a necessary and an urgent action against my complaint.
