Datawind Ubislate
Non delivery of the product

I have placed order “PM736332BB08” for Ubislate7 on Jan 4. Paid in advance and after many mails, confirm from them on the payment on Apr 6. From then onwards many email sent no response once in 6 months I get a mail from datawind asking for confirmation of the product or bank details for refund. Never it called me.. I tried calling there 1800 number always not working. Its been 12 months no confirmation of delivery or refund. I am fedup with this company and product when sites selling online, what the point of paying in advance and waiting for the product. It’s foolish I want my refund I am sure there are many other with same problems.

Mar 7 send a cheque of 2999/ chq no 158049 of stat bank of india attapur hyderabad

Apr 6 datawind confirm the receipt

Apr 6 mail received "Your order is in process, when your delivery is ready to be shipped, you’ll be contacted beforehand."

Apr 17 mail received "Your order is in process, you will recive your ubislate7 approximately in six weeks."

May 18 mail received This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque/Demand Draft number 158049 of Rs2, 999 Thank you for your payment, Your order is in process, You will get your Ubislate7 in early July. Your order is in process, You will get your Ubislate7 within 15th May to 31st May. We regret the inconvenience for delay. "

Today I found a site selling online http://www.groupon.co.in/deals/shopping/UbiSlate-7Ci/225056? nlp=&CID=IN_CRM_1_0_0_362&a=13

Please suggest how can I get my money back with interest, I really want to sue this fraudster, not sure with comsumer court process I am ready to fill a case and make some compentation out of this.
