New Mobile Not work Properly

Sir I have Bought a new phone from saholic Site. And I use phone only one day. phone consume a battery tofast. that is why i have an problem. I have show this on Micromax service centre. they Deposit my phone for 9 to 10 days. that is too late for me. i want ok phone. not just scrap.
