Not activated from 20days

I have purchase Tata Photon Plus data Card from Dell Store, Bangalore on 8th Dec.

On 11th Dec it has delivered to my house.

On 13th Dec Tata Photon agent Mr Sarad (7204330740) took all the document (Photo copy of PAN card, passport, rental agreement).

On 18th Dec I received SMS from DOCOMO (9243203267) that local verification raised.

From that day till today (28th Dec), when I am calling to customer care, they are telling LOCAL Verification pending, they have raise request, my connection will get activated with 48 hours.

Till today 28th Dec my number has not been activated.
