Failed to recieve the gift as promised

I had purchased a HP Printer (model no. K209A) on 12th August and according to the offer I was supposed to get a 1000 rupees gift voucher (Reebok shoe).

But I haven't received the gift yet as it has been more than 6 Month now (it was promised to be delivered within 6 weeks). HP cheating customers.
