Not received the TV tuner card and USB based external data card

As per the promotional offer on the purchase of HP Pavilion Notebook (dv9222TX), Inspite of submitting all the required documents and the DD of Rs.500/- (per product purchased) on 4th of April which is well within the stipulated time from the time of purchase the TV tuner card with the redemption code (QAWMCFM8HI) and USB data card with E coupon code, W5P30CT1LR has not yet been received for which such a high end product is not being brought to full use causing utter inconvenience.
