Poor quality product!

Yes i have also never expected that i would get a complaint for it. Anyways Its not working now. Its not ejecting the disk. it is responding to the computer but not taking the action. This is happening to me third time. Earlier it used to stop but afterwards it started working on its own but now its giving me the problem for one week. The shopkeeper has refused to help as it's been more than 1 year since i have purchased it.
