I am Sudip. I bought an altec-lancing 5.1 channel speakes from Supreme Technology on08/08/209.The model no is VS3251E & the product code is- DC0003373.

The main problem of the subwoofer was crack sound & the volume evel gradually decrease form the begining. I deposited it to RASI, KOLKATA & received on 05/03. The poblem remains same & again I deposit it KOLKATA.01/07.

I live 200 km far from KOLKATA. So it is vey hectic for me to to go every now and then to go to KOLKATA to repair it.

SO I request you to take the necessary step in this regard either repairing or replacing it. But if the problems persist then I certainly take a necessary step, according to the "consumer forum" in this regard.
