I made a complaint of my APC-UPS 3 months back regarding its battery issues but since then the complaint has not been taken seriously. At the said time there was an issue with the battery and then their executive visited our place to fix the issue. However, the UPS is not working properly till date. Those people had ensured that if any battery related issue occurs then all the batteries would be replaced. Our batteries were in warranty 3 months back but their responses were delayed and now when we are complaining about this yet again, they say that the battery is working fine which is not the case.

Plus they say that the UPS are no more under warranty period.

The two dealers involved in this are Comnet Vission and Digital Electronics.
