NON RECEIPT OF CHORDS IN APC 5000 SMART UPS

Kindly look into the matter, the UPS 3 nos supplied lying useless, for the want of chords, no one including supplier is able to resolve the issue. If the chords are not supplied with UPS which are of specific shape and size. How the customers shall use it. I as Head of the department request to resolve it at the earliest. We have around 15 5KVA and 5 3 KVA APC units. If the problems are not resolved, we will be forced to issue legal notice for the same. I am enclosing the correspondance made with the supplier.

With reference to purchase of APC 5 KVA UPS MODEL SURTD5000XLI-CC, Quantity 5, we did not receive the 15 Ampere output chords in the packings. There were only 5 A four chords in each box, although it is written in the list of accessories as Six chords. Therefore u are requested to arrange to send the 2x5=10 chords of 16 A with compatibility.

The serial nos are ES1020003602, 3624, 3644, 3601
