Dear Sir,
I am having Total Riviva RO plant in my home for last one year. Due to salt water, we u usually get blockages and we will not get water in the outlet. Then we have to call for the service centre numbers for minimum 8 days for their visit for repairing. This is totally not fair for a global product like Eureka Forbes.
I can't understand your business strategy. Most important is they will not say that, they are not having pupil for service and so on, just for every day they will say, "Service pupil will come today".
At last time when the technician came for service, he told that there is an additional filter is available and he said when it's attached, this will be solved and we have told to attach the same. The most funniest thing in this is, the pupil not came for fitting the same and when we checked they said after several calls that they are not having drilling machine and that is the reason they are not able to come and fit the same.
If any one reading this please know, i will strongly recommend my friends and relatives not to buy ant product from Eureka forbes. If this continues i am going to make a case book in consumer court.
