illegal construction has been started on the 3rd floor of plot no 4/41 of Nehru nagar, New delhi-110065. The said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws
in view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of 3rd floor AND 4th floor
