Delay in gas cylinder supply

I am R.Viswanathan and a consumer of Indane Gas for the past more than 10 years. The gas supply agency is one Associated Traders, Mannar Reddy St, T.Nagar, Chennai-600017. I have booked for supply of a gas cylinder on 19-11. I went to the company more than once to remind him about the supply, but every time they say we will supply within 10 days, but till now they have not supplied. I am not able to get him on telephone, as I find that telephone always busy or out of order. Any moment, my present gas cylinder will exhaust and I will be in a swoop. Please impress upon that agency to do the supply earliest. Thank you.

I would also like to add that last time, about 2 months back, I booked for supply of one gas cylinder. When I found that they did not supply even after 25 days, I rang them up. They said they have already supplied the gas to me, but I did not get it at all. After persistent efforts, I found that they supplied the gas to some other customer with my bill. Obviously, the labour man who brings the cylinder supplies to anybody who gives the empty cylinder and money. He does not worry about the genuine customer (consumer).. After some fight, the agency supplied to me. I request you to please check this sort of attitude also.
