Amenities not provided by the builde

I had purchased a 2BHK flat in Nov at Wakad Pune near Datta Mandir. The name of the complex is Bella Vista Empress.

The builder had promised following amenities:

1. Swimming Pool

2. Intercom facility

3. 24*7 Backup

4. Gym

None of the above are available/ functional till date.

In addition the builder has not yet got the Occupancy Certificate, Completion certificate various NOC’s even after 4 years after construction. Also the society is not maintained by the builder any more.

There are various due which he has not paid for various agencies.

Could you please help me.
