Non-receipt of LPG Gas

Consumer No. 41802 – Pattammal Gas Agency, Tambaram

I am the subscriber of Indane Gas from the above Agency. Since I am a single person, I used to book Gas once in two months. The last time I booked Gas was on April and I was to book Gas in July that I got serious illness and admitted in the hospital for 15 days and got discharged and went to my daughter’s place and hence could not do the booking.

When I contacted the Agency for booking in September, they asked me to submit all relevant documents and I submitted the same on September 30 and it has been verified by the Agency on December 22.

Even after verifying all the documents I am unable to book the Gas and hence I request you to kindly take immediate action to ensure that I am able to book the gas at the earliest.
