We were in search of a baby sitter who could stay with us for a year or so. We came across an agency named Believable Agency located at taramani, chennai.

One person by name Geetha is the propritor and she is got a team working under her. Jasmine is the person who coordinated and came home with a girl by name Kavitha who could serve us the contract time of 1 year. This agency asked us a one time commission of Rs.5000/- and service charge of Rs.500 and auto charges Rs.100/-, and we settled everthing right away.

After 2 days the girls started giving excuses and said she had to do an eye operation and will need 15 days leave. I spoke to the agency and they told they will replace with another girl in a days time. So we asked Kavitha to leave. But to our surprise, they never replaced for a long time, we had to make so many calls, countless, inspite of that they never picked up, or never responded properly even if picked up.

Months went Kavitha dint turn up and they sent another girl atleast after 1 1/2 months... that girl came at 7.30 night and left the next morning without informing anybody at home, as early as 6 am she was not found inside our house and with surprise again we called the agency to report the behaviour of the girl. They said they will replace again... Now the whole story went for 4 months. We have another maid taking care of our baby.

We started claiming our money paid as commission as they have not sent anybody to meet our purpose. But they never returned and kept telling all excuses... we were tortured evertime coz they lied everytime that they will return. We went to extent of telling them that we may have to go legal to get the money back. Then they sent chques amounting to 4500/- (1000/- less) but both chqs were posted dated (Nov). When we called up to tell them we need the money right now, as the chqs might get stopped and we dont want to wait till Nov '10, they are now using all filthy language against us. One person by name Vanitha spoke very rudly and Jasmine spoke to me on the phone and threatened asking us to stay away else they would lodge a false compalint against us.

This whole picture had only made me and my family surprise. We look upto the law makers to do something to get the innocent people out and our money safeguarded and returned from these cheaters.
