Today (Feb 15th) I double paid the Electricity Bill having the due date as 24-2 through Citibank Online:

Reference Numbers: 013755928651 and 013646149394

Out of this, the Reference number 013646149394 had an invalid Bill number (last month's bill number), hence I would like this to be refunded, the details are:

Customer Name: UDAY SHANKAR

Location code; 1120405

Amount: 1073

Please let me know the procedure for the refund
