BEST Electricity
Rectification of address not done since 4 months

I am consumer # 600-329-023*4. I have requested BEST for a correction in my building name in the address, in Oct. 2011. They have stamped and acknowledged my request, but not acted on it yet (it's been 4 months now)!

Pls guide me what to do about this. Because electricity bill is a proof for other documents, I am not being issued those documents.

We have visited the BEST office 3 times already and always they say this will be done in your next bill. But nothing has been done so far. Pls let me know whom to approach now or how to get my work done.
