Non delivery of gas cylinde

We had booked a gas cylinder from m/s ashoka stores k-1/51 C.R park new delhi on 7th jan. Reference number-5684059. After waiting for 13 days and on still not receiving the cylinder we approached the concerned booking officer regarding the same, he surprisingly submitted that the cylinder has been deliver to our premises on 19th jan. Please immediately look into the matter as this is of serious concern, cylinders are being sold to unauthorized persons in the black market resulting in inconvenience and trauma to genuine users.
