Distributor attirude

I had to go to Preteek agencies, Banaswadi who is the distributor of Bharat Gas and the treatment they give to Customers is alarming. They ask for extra money for second cylinder connection and if you question they give you a log book to register and you are in waiting list. There is no receipt for applying nor there is a commitment on when it will be made available (not even approximate).

I have made n number of complaints with the distributor on the cylinder weight being less to the distributor and there is no action taken so far. I have proved every time to the deliver boy and he seems helpless (or atleast behaves). They are into malpractices and Bharat gas website does not have a consumer redressal link to complaint about distributor. The staff threaten "You complain to whoever you can" and this is how we will do.
