NON-RECIEPT OF LPG DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDER

Respected sir/Madam,

It is really painful to approach just for the booking of the cylinder and non reciept of cylinder on time despite booking on toll free no. My connection is with JAYA Gas agency. I have booked for the cylinder on 12.12.09 but I have not yet received the cylinder. Last month I have booked for the cylinder on 02.11.09 and I have received the cylinder on 17.11.09. we are working couple and in this age of technologically so advanced with improved communication and fast modes for contact and provision for best customer support and care, we are not in a position to even book a genuine cylinder for domestic purposes. It is really frustrating that despite of booking I am not getting the cylinder. I have been facing this problem every month. If there is any poosibility of changing my connection to another gas agency which is doing its service correctly at the appropriate time kindly change my connection to that agency. I kindly request you to take necessary action and see to that my problem has been cleared. I have furnished my details herewith:
