Worst service and Delivery committment

The distributor Fuels India, Chennai seems to have the worst devliery committment and customer service, at least in my case. Each time I book a refill order from he takes his own sweet time to deliver and even he is not contactable over phone, .

I had also raised this with the customer care of BharatGas, but there has been no firm action from their side.

I'm now fedup with this distributor, and am at totally confused what to do next???
