Bharat Gas
Ewebsite does not work properly and is not attnded

I booked for gas (no- 6191949) on 27th January. I have not yet got my gas as yet. I tried calling the gas agency (Satish Gas). Either the phone rings and nobody picks up or the phone is engaged.

I tried registering for the preferred time delivery on ebharatgas, but the website says that this cannot be done (I wonder why this feature is there on the site). I tried calling up the toll free numbers - they do not work. Website is slow and and ot well organized.
