Bharat Gas Cylinder Refill Complaint

I booked my gas cylinder refill at M/S CITY GAS, Kolkata (distributor#112350)... On 18-8 against my consumer number 23966.

Every time when I called to distributor, he replies that “It will be delivered tomorrow”. However even after 40 days of booking I have not yet received filled cylinder. Now the distributor says “my earlier booking is cancelled and I have to do new booking with 15days waiting”.

After multiple follow up, yesterday 01/10 I had visited to distributor’s office for inquiring about my booking. His response was very rude, Instead of showing courtesy about his poor service, he started shouting on me told me that I didn’t booked any refill cylinder request. On top of that, he told me to leave the office else he will hit me. When I denied to leave office, he told his employees to throw me out of his office, his employees tried to hit me. I have also recorded this entire conversation.

This pathetic service and response from Bharat Gas distributor is unacceptable.
