Delay in giving products

Respected sir,

Hereby i launch a complaint about "BANU GAS AGENCY" the dealers of bharat gas (lpg) for stoves. Here no one is responding the phone calls. Though we call for the whole day no one is picking up the phone and booking the gas. Also even after booking the gas by mandatory way the is not delivered even after fifteen days. Kindly take this compliant and take a necessary action needed.
