Good morning custermer care.

my name is naveen gooud.

i m complaint about outgoing calls and sms services.

the idea network is not supporting my mobile.my handset model is 5233.

the problem is yesterday night onwars the out going calls nd sms not working.

and the idea calls also is not connecting .i m trying yesterday onwards the call centers persons not connecting.

i m asking a questing how i cal?

i m using idea sim card since 5yrs onwards.

the network is good but the calls going out side.

pls pls help me to continue service.

i m reacharge every time that time getting problem.
