Non-Delivery of LPG Gas cylinde

I booked my LPG gas on 13.1.2011 through internet vide booking ref no. 5842970 dt 13.1. and also made complaint two time, but no action have been taken, moreover whenever i tried to talk to someone on the number 1800222715 and started talking about call was droped. Agency numbe is always busy. i booked through IVR phone no. 1712 also but same reference no. was given. now it is 1 feb but still nothing happened. this is the serivce of bharat gas. moreover on their website there in no option to write complaint.

please help anyone what to do.
