Delay in Gas delivery and Rude customer service

We called the gas service twice on 02/23 to get the gas on time. Its been 3 weeks and they have not delivered the gas yet. Each time we call they say its coming today. We have also visited the station twice but all in vain.

Is anyone even noticing the complaints against this agency? This is outrageous
