Clenz Laundry Complaint

I had given my wife's Dress with heavy embroidery for dry cleaning to Clenz Laundry (Baner, Pune). The dress was fully embroidered & costing approx Rs. 3000. When we went to collect the dress, we found that the colour has been distorted & been moved to the light colour. The Owner of the Laundry is not taking responsibility of the same. He even never comes to the laundry. I will suggest all from Baner, Pune not to go to that laundry, as he is a very unproffessional person. The Laundry also do not have its Bill book and reciept book. Very Unproffessional.
