Ridiculous service

I have transfered my gas connection to hyderabad and went to this agency and they processed and charged some 350 Rs extra for documentation. All they did was a 10Rs stamp paper for declaration and a gas book. When I asked for a receipt they said there wont be any receipt. The story has not ended there. I asked them to provide the cylinders so that I can carry them with me, for this they said it would delivered to your door in a day. When the boy came for delivery he was demanding 200 Rs as delivery charges for new connection.

I dont understand if the extra amount that I paid or they demanded was bribe or a side income.

Whoever is attending to this complaint, I request them to see this kind of irritating things did not happen with the customers. Its not a big deal paying this small amount, but why???
