Cylinder filled with water not lpg

Sir,

A cylinder was delievered (by Mithala gas Agency) to me around 22nd July. It had bit leakage and the delievery boy did not weighted the cylinder while delievering. For this i filed a complaint via this forum (no-146527). On 4t aug to our surprise all the lpg from the cylinder got consumed. Even though we are 2 members in family occasonly visited by guests the cylinder lpg did not last even 1 month (as usual happened in past). More surprising is the fact that cylinder still weighing more that the empty cylinder because it is filled with water in place of lpg. So i want you to take immediate action against the person who is cheating the customer and debasing the indane oil brand.
