Non-delivery of Gas even after 15 days, promised

We booked request for cooking gas supply on 1-3 with our gas distributer M/S Jagadamba Gas Service and booking number -60 was given to us. We were promised the delivery after 15 days. On inquiry on 14-3 as we were totally ran out of supply, we were told that supply will be made after another 3-4 days, as there was shortage in supply. Consequently, we are forced to depend on restaurant food for our lunch/dinner. This can not go on.

I do not believe that there is some shortage in Gas supply, as HP has supplied Gas in 2 day in my building.

My wife complans that they always promise and deliver only after 15 days.

I request for a solution to this problem.
