I have booked a flat with these shuit anupam builders in manapakkam that he has not at all completed the constuction as per standards, very poor workmanship and delayed almost 5 months and no proper structural design and the rooms and tiles flooring as much as shaby and the painting is very ugly finishing and finally 100% money he bought and given the possession letter and what government will take an action against these cheater in the name of buiders and developers in public money, The out side the building looks very ugly and unfinished stair cases and car parking, no paintin g done outer areavery worst and no tank cleaning, Aray god punish thease cheaters and criminals, i never faced such a worst builders like Anupam builders in manapakkam, chennai. People who is going to book with this builder very very careful otherwise you will end up lose and unfinished house in your hand
