Delay in home delivery

I, ramji dass consu.no. S-1666 & bkg.no.151 from Simran gas service, basti jodhewal, ludhiana contact no.0161-2221314, 2609499. I have not received the home delivery cylinder then I go to gas office for complaint and madam reply me your cylinder will be dispatch on morning but I have not received from the 15-25 days. So what can I do? can you solve my problem.. and action the SIMRAN GAS SERVICE, ludhiana
