Non delievery inspite of repeated follow up

Delievery time requested by the gas supplier is 5 - 7 days max from the date of booking. However, this is not being done. excuses are given for the delay. When will this end? I am asked to be at home as the delievery of my cylinder will happen any time during the day. I am waiting for the last 8 days now and there is no sight of my Gas supplies. Who will be responsible for the losses incurred to me for not attending to my important duties outside.

Suggest authorities to streamline this and take appropriate steps to ensure that this is not going to be the issue in furture for all gas users.
