Making more delay in giving money

Sir, my name is bhavani.p staying in bangalore

as my friend said to put chits in shriram that i can save sum amount, so i thought of taking two chits oof rs.500000/-lakhs now iam badly need of money they are refusing to give it

i wonder day to day from office to office

whatever they asked the document i have given including govt security even though they are not reponsing .since my mother is in a bad condition i am very poor and do not have much money to treat her, even though requesting a lot to them they are not at all reponsibing, pls can u help me to get my money back what ever i have paid, i donot want this shriram chits my details are group 58002, ticket no 27 plse help me,
