Booked a document dated 10.03.10. Document not delivered till date, just confirming that it has reached Airport Hub, and forwarded to Lakshmi Nagar. Lakshmi nagar office says it has not received this document. No specific reason has been given to me as to where it has disappeared between Airport and Lakshmi Nagar. Moreover Delhi Consumer service center is not picking up the phone (No's-011-43560814, 43560815). A lady Ms Roy has been forwarded this complain by Patna office, complain no 947.She is not picking up the call from the customer sitting in Patna (No's-09958186862, and 09810487060).
