Theft of electricity in shakkarpur

I kindly draw your attention towards theft of electricity in our locality. Mr Amit Resident of Shakkarpur,

S-65, sundar block, shakkarpur-91 is indulge in theft of electricity for last couple of years.

They distribute electricity to their tenants by illegal and faulty electricity sub meters. Please take some strict action against them. One more thing i want to share with you they theft electricity before 7.30am and after 7 pm daily. All because of these peoples your costing is increased and we innocent people bare your losses in form of increase of electricity cost by you. So please do something urgently.
