THEFT OF ELECTRICITY WITH THE HELP OF BSES STAFF

In andh vidyalya dargah syed hassn panchkuyyian road one qamar alam of house number 45 blind school dargah syed hasan panchkuyyian road of the above mentioned locality is a habitual offender of electrity theft. Few months ago his residence was raided by the BSES, Delhi's anti theft staff members and found pilferage of electricity bypassing the electricity meter. They immediately confesticated his meter. From that day Mr.qamar ahmed Rohella ENJOYING FREE OF COST ELECTRICITY WITHOUT PAYING A SINGLE PAISE FOR HIS CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY WITHOUT METER. EVEN HE HAS NOT PAID ANY PENALTY TILL DATE FOR HIS MISDEED. they are running thier garment factory commercial which contain 400 electronic iron and steam press even they people coocking thier foods on electronic heaters sir in this locality (dargah syed hasan panchkuyyian road) around 5000 people living who are using free govt power and paying nothing pls consider your kind eyes on this issue

On the other hand those persons, like myself, who has been paying for the electricity consumption feel frustrated on seeing that the great theif using electricity without paying any charges with the collaboration of some unscruplous staff of BSES, Delhi. Not only Mr. qamar alam is using electricity for his domestic consumption but also for an unauthorised cowshed he has built infront of his residence, with all the basic amenities like lighting, fgridge air codition s heaters cooler, etc. in that cowshed again without any legal, authorised electric connection. Mr. qamar alam is a is very big business man who is even in position to pay electricity bill but all are using free of cost. He has a good rapport with some of the staff members of pahar ganj Police Station and may be with the BSES, Delhi staff also. WILL BSES, DELHI's Senior Staff take notice of the above complaint and take necessary legal steps to book the thief for his misdeed or this a signal to all of us to follow the foot step of Mr. qamar alam for free consumption of electricity.
