Service cable not replaced since load enhancement on 27.6.2007

At C-139, Nirman Vihar, Vikas Marg, load enhancement was done on 27.6.07. Three metres exist for 3 floors and total load is 11KW. The service cable is 2*10 mm which does not take load when 2ACs at each floor operate during summer and sparks happens. Several requests made has not been done. Last request made on 4th July to Shri Kulbir S. Deswal, GM Business, Division, Laxminagar has also not been materialized so far. Kindly do the needful.
