Cancellation of allotment of flat

We had been supplying tiles & other materials to Shwas since 2005. In between, during 08, they failed to make payments. We tried our best to recover the money which was to the tune of 4.5 lacs, and we could'nt. We decided to purchase one flat at Mystic heights II, and the arrangement was that we shall supply tile as per the progress of the work of the flat, which shall be adjusted against Flat purchase. In abruptly, we received a cancellation letter of the allotment of Flat 10C, made to us. On enquiry, we were told that we had failed to supply tiles to them.

But the fact remains to be that the Price of the Flat would have gone up, due to the peoximity of the Mobility Hub, at Vyttila, and Shwas wanted the Flat to another discerning buyer.

We have gone to the Courts and obtained a decree in our favour. But the Legal procedural hassles are many and we do not know when we will get justice.

We are giving this information for the sake of others, particularly, NRI buyers, not to buy or have any dealings with Shwas, because they are unscrupulous.

We also understand that in Mystic heights I, the Apt Owners'Association has filed case against Shwas for getting possession of the Club House etc.

There are similar case of cases for complaints of Cancellation of allotment etc. against them pending before the judiciary.

But still they are canvassing for their new Project near Alwae.thro media and their Mktg. Executives.

Pl. beware of investing in thisor anyother project of Shwas
