Ajay Mittal CA at A-121, Shakar Pur, Delhi is a landlord who rented out an office space to us but now despite of prior notice, he refuses to refund the security deposit. He is unfit for any business dealing and the most dishonest person. Avoid dealing with him or taking his property on rent.

Referring to the telecom today, we are really pained to know that you are not willing to refund our security deposit of 2 months after deducting 15 days rent upto 15th March. May I once again request you to reconsider your decision and let us depart from your property peacefully which may result in smiles and prosperity.

However, all that I can do for you is to leave your premises a bit earlier by paying the rent upto 15th March as indicated below. Let us sit and resolve the issue mutually at the earliest.
